Samsung has started Mobile World Congress 2012 with a device very similar to one introduced at Mobile World Congress 2011. Today, the company announced the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), a follow-up to last year’s tablet that is fairly similar. The Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is “well-suited for home and family use,” says Samsung. It also continues the Korean manufacturer’s trend of introducing similar tablets of various sizes. But while rivals like ASUS have already introduced quad-core tablets capable of higher computing and gaming power, Samsung is sticking with dual-core for the GTab 2.
